The website showcases the athletic profile of Garratt Mejia for basketball recruiting purposes, and the app helps players and coaches build game knowledge through spaced repetition flashcards.

The only personal information the website collects is what you choose to submit through the recruiting contact form: your name, email address, role, school or organization, and message. We use this information for one purpose only: responding to your inquiry about recruiting, scouting, or the TXGForce brand. We do not add you to mailing lists, share your information with third parties, or use it for advertising.
Like nearly every website, our hosting provider (Bluehost) and our security and performance provider (Cloudflare) automatically record standard technical logs when you visit: your IP address, browser type, pages requested, and timestamps. These logs are used for security, abuse prevention, and keeping the site running. They are governed by the respective privacy policies of Bluehost and Cloudflare.
We may use privacy respecting traffic measurement, including Google Analytics, to understand how many people visit the site and which pages they view. This data is aggregated and is not used to identify individual visitors. You can opt out of Google Analytics using browser settings or Google's opt out tools at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
The website embeds video content from Hudl and links to external platforms including YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, X, and Amazon. The app includes optional card pack unlocks. Any purchases are processed entirely through Apple's App Store and Apple Pay. Texas GFORCE does not receive, store, or process your payment information. Apple's privacy policy governs all purchase transactions and can be reviewed at apple.com/legal/privacy.
TXGForce Basketball IQ is suitable for users of all ages, including children under 13. Because the app collects no personal information and requires no account creation, it complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). We do not knowingly collect data from any user regardless of age.
Because all data is stored locally on your device and never transmitted to external servers, the security of your information is governed by your device's own security settings. We recommend using a device passcode or biometric authentication to protect all apps on your device.
Since we do not collect or store your personal data on any server, there is no data for us to provide, correct, or delete on your behalf. To remove all app data, simply delete TXGForce Basketball IQ from your device. Apple's operating system ensures that all locally stored app data is removed upon uninstallation.
